Reference is made to the announcements by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the "Company")
(OSE: NUMND) on 2 June 2022 and 3 June 2022 regarding the private placement
successfully placed.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 3,636,363 new
shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new registered share
capital is NOK 30,080,347, divided on 30,080,347 shares with a nominal value of
NOK 1.00 each.
