Notification of transaction by a close associate of a primary insider

Arendal, 7 April 2022: Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") refers to the attached
notification form regarding public disclosure of a transaction in the Company's
shares by a close associate of a primary insider.

Audun Pettersen, a close associate of Chief Culture Officer Kristin Berthelsen,
has purchased 12,000 shares at a price of NOK 13.30 per share.

596/2014 article 19 number 3 and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 5-12.
