notification form regarding a transaction in the Company's shares by a primary
insider. B T Larsen & Co Ltd, a company controlled by Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO of
the Company, has purchased 121,000 shares at an average price of NOK 12.88 per
share. Following the transaction, B T Larsen & Co Ltd owns a total of 9,958,311
shares in Norse Atlantic ASA.
