Norse Atlantic ASA: Mandatory notifications of trade - granting of share options to primary insiders

23 November 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Norse
Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 8 May 2023 regarding the Company's share option
program for members of the Company's senior management and selected key
employees. The further details of the share option program are set out in the
Company's report for the third quarter of 2023.

The Company's board of directors has resolved to grant a total of 1,250,000 new
share options under the share option program, each at a strike price of NOK
12.38. Each share option granted under the program carries the right to acquire
one share in the Company. Following the new grant, the total number of
outstanding share options in the Company is 4,093,750, equal to approximately
5.4% of the shares currently outstanding in the Company.

The following primary insiders have been granted share options:

· Anders Hall Jomaas (Chief Financial Officer) has been granted 500,000 share
options. Following the grant, Anders holds 20,000 shares and 500,000 share
options in Norse.

· Bjørn Christian Heimdal Larsen (advisor to the CEO) has been granted 750,000
share options. Following the grant, Bjørn holds 50,000 shares and 750,000 share
options in Norse.
