Arendal, 13 November 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by
Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 4 November 2023 regarding successful
completion of a private placement of 55,690,500 new shares (conditionally in
respect of tranche 2) in the Company raising gross proceeds of USD 55 million
(equal to approx. NOK 613 million) (the "Private Placement").
The share capital increase of NOK 49,890,805.00 pertaining to the issuance of
9,978,161 new shares in tranche 1 of the Private Placement has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:
New share capital: NOK 382,496,200.00
New total number of shares: 76,499,240
Nominal value per share: NOK 5
The share capital increase related to the issuance of new shares in tranche 2 of
the Private Placement is proposed resolved by the Company's extraordinary
general meeting to be held on 27 November 2023. For further details, please

Company on 6 November 2023.
