Det vises til meldingen den 28. mars 2019. Norsk Hydro ASA har i dag plassert
nye usikrede obligasjonslån på totalt EUR 800 millioner i to ulike transjer:
- EUR 500 million, 6 år, fast rente og kupong 1,125% p.a. (1.253% reoffer yield)
- EUR 300 million, 10 år, fast rente og kupong 2,00% p.a. (2.119% reoffer yield)
- Vi er veldig fornøyd med å ha fullført en vellykket plassering. Den sterke
interessen bekrefter at Hydro anses som en attraktiv investering for
obligasjonsinvestorer. Vi er glade for å ha oppnådd svært konkurransedyktige
vilkår, sier finansdirektør Eivind Kallevik.
Som tidligere annonsert er formålet med obligasjonsfinansieringen generelle
selskapsformål og refinansiering av gjeld.
Obligasjonslånene har blitt søkt notert på Euronext Dublin.
BNP Paribas, Citi, ING og Nordea er tilretteleggere for transaksjonen.
