Today, Norske Skog elected representatives to the board of directors and the
corporate assembly.

The Norske Skog corporate assembly consists of 18 members, six of which are
chosen amongst and elected by the employees. The board of directors has ten
members, three of which are chosen amongst and elected by the employees. It is
the general meeting which elects representatives to the corporate assembly. The
corporate assembly constitutes itself, and it also elects members to the board.
Employee representatives to the corporate assembly are not up for election in
2010.
