On 16 April 2020, the annual general meeting of Norske Skog ASA (i) approved a payment of dividend in the amount of NOK 3.25 to the shareholders as of the date of the annual general meeting, and (ii) authorised the board of directors to approve a second dividend payment of NOK 3.00 at such time determined by the board of directors.
