Information to Bondholders.
Merge of the temporary bonds with ISIN NO0010936073 (the "Temporary Bonds") into Norske Skog ASA FRN senior secured EUR 150,000,000 callable bonds 2021/2026 with ISIN NO0010936065 (the "Bonds").
The Temporary Bonds will be merged with the Bonds in accordance with the bond terms as follows:
Record Date: 3 May 2021
Settlement Date: 5 May 2021
Exchange ratio: 1:1 (one Temporary Bond will give one Bond)
The total outstanding amount of Bonds after the merge will be EUR 150,000,000.
Nordic Trustee AS acts as Bond Trustee for the Bonds and the Temporary Bonds.
