Drangsland Kapital AS, a company ultimately controlled by Geir Drangsland through Investor AS, has today 9 June 2022 purchased 125,000 shares in Norske Skog ASA (the "Company"). Drangsland Kapital AS will following completion of the share transaction hold 4,716,148 shares in the Company, corresponding to approx. 5 % of the total outstanding shares.
