Norske Skog ASA's (“Norske Skog”) Board of Directors has, based on the authorisation approved by the General Meeting on 20 April 2023, decided to pay a cash dividend to Norske Skog's shareholders of NOK 0.67 per share. The dividend is based on the 2022 annual accounts.
Norske Skog received on 12 June 2023 consent from a group of lenders to make shareholder distributions in an amount up to NOK 472 million. Following completion of the share repurchase programme on 6 November 2023, Norske Skog ASA had utilised approximately NOK 415 million of the distribution amount. The remaining amount of approximately NOK 57 million will be distributed through a cash dividend payment.
