North Energy ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade

Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has
today purchased 550.000 shares at NOK 1.25 per share via his fully owned company
AB Investment AS. Total number of shares after the transaction is 1.350.000.

Jogeir Romestrand, member of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has
today purchased 300.000 shares at NOK 1.25 per share via his fully owned company
Rome AS. Total number of shares after the transaction is 750.000.

Elin Karfjell, member of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has today
purchased 200.000 shares at NOK 1.25 per share via her fully owned company Elika
AS. Total number of shares after the transaction is 200.000.

Knut Sæberg, Acting CEO of North Energy ASA, has today purchased 150.000 shares
at NOK 1.25. Total number of shares after the transaction is 242.869.

Kristen Berli, SVP Business Development, has today purchased 200.000 shares at
NOK 1.25 per share. Total number of shares after the transaction is 248.027.

Didrik Leikvang, financial advisor to North Energy ASA and primary insider, has
today purchased 200.000 shares via his fully owned company Kharybdis AS at an
average price of NOK 1.25. Total number of shares after the transaction is
400.000.

Anders Onarheim and Didrik Leikvang are both associated with Isfjorden AS, which
owns a total of 8,570,651 shares (7.2%) in North Energy ASA.
