On the 17th November 2016 -The Liverpool Limited
Partnership sold 426,989 shares in the share capital
of North Energy ASA. As a result of this transaction,
The Liverpool Limited Partnership and Elliott
International, L.P, L.P have dropped on aggregate
below the 10% position threshold with a total
aggregate holding representing 9.85% of the current
share capital and votes of the company (based on
current shares in issue of 119,047,063 shares).
Following the transaction, funds managed by Elliott
Capital Advisors, L.P hold in aggregate 11,727,116
shares in North Energy ASA: Elliott International LP
holds 7,712,456 shares (6.478%) and The Liverpool
Limited Partnership holds 4,014,660 shares (3.372%)
