Energy ASA. As a result of this transaction, The
Liverpool Limited Partnership and Elliott
International, L.P, L.P have dropped on aggregate
below the 5% position threshold with a total aggregate
holding representing 3.83% of the current share
capital and votes of the company (based on current
shares in issue of 119,047,063 shares).
Following the transaction, funds managed by Elliott
Capital Advisors, L.P hold in aggregate 4,567,779
shares in North Energy ASA: Elliott International LP
holds 3,106,090 shares (2.61%) and The Liverpool
Limited Partnership holds 1,461,689 shares (1.22%)
