Oslo, 11 March 2019
The share buy-back program announced by North Energy ASA ("Company") on 27
February 2019 and concluded on 8 March 2019 resulted in the Company purchasing a
total of 9,484,238 shares. All shares offered by the shareholders will be
accepted for buy-back by the Company and the settlement will take place shortly.
At a price of NOK 1.9 per shares the total consideration will be NOK
18,020,052. Upon settlement the Company will hold 9,484,238 own shares,
representing 7.97% of the issued common shares.
