Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has today, 26 February 2024, purchased 33,702 shares at NOK 2.2797 per share via his fully owned company AB Investment AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Onarheim after the transaction is 24,935,204, which equals 20.95% ownership in North Energy ASA.
Didrik Leikvang, Co-CEO of North Energy ASA, has today, 26 February 2024, purchased 33,703 shares at NOK 2.2797 per share via his fully owned company Isfjorden AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang after the transaction is 10,641,448, which equals 8.94% ownership in North Energy ASA.
