Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) voted in favour of all proposed resolutions. The Company achieved over 95% votes in favour of the proposed private placements. Based on the ¬results from the EGM the Company will proceed with the private placements through conversion of bonds and lease debt to shares, as well as the public offering of up to NOK 400 million.
