BlueNord: Preliminary Production for July 2025

Oslo, 6 August 2025: BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the "Company") has today
announced its preliminary production figures for July 2025. In July 2025 the
preliminary production was 38.9 mboepd net to BlueNord.

The Tyra hub produced 19.5 mboepd net to the Company. During stable production
periods in July, average production from Tyra was approximately 24 mboepd, net
to BlueNord, however reduced uptime resulted in a lower average monthly
production. Following a false activation of the deluge (fire protection) system
on Gorm, the DUC assets experienced a production shutdown which was resolved,
and full production has been resumed. During the month, ramp-up of production
continued, and the Tyra production exit rate per 31 July 2025 was gross c.206
mmscf of gas and 24.2 mbblpd of oil.

The base assets, Dan, Gorm and Halfdan produced 19.3 mboepd net to the Company
and were also impacted by the Gorm production shutdown. In addition, leaks
associated with the compressor on Gorm and the produced water system on Halfdan
were identified. These issues have been repaired, and full production has been
resumed.
