NRC GROUP ASA - REGISTERED SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

Reference is made to previous announcements
regarding the completed subsequent offering of
370,370 new shares (the "Subsequent Offering") in
NRC Group ASA (the "Company"). The share capital
increase related to the Subsequent Offering has now
been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises.

Following the share capital increase related to the
Subsequent Offering, the Company's share capital is
now NOK 26,117,466, divided into 26,117,466 shares,
each with a par value of NOK 1.
