Reference is made to the announcement made by NRC
Group ASA (the "Company") on 10 November 2015
regarding a completed private placement of shares.
The share capital increase related to issuance of the
2,770,000 new shares allocated in tranche 1 of the
private placement has now been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the
Company's share capital is now NOK 30,484,233 divided
into 30,484,233 shares, each with a nominal value of
NOK 1.
