Board member Mats Paulsson has informed the Board of Directors of NRC Group ASA
that he resigns from the company's Board of Directors to pursue other
opportunities.
Helge Midttun, Chairman of the Board, thanks Mats for valuable contributions to
the Board during his short tenure.
The remaining Board of Directors still constitute a quorum, and complies with
requirements regarding Board composition.
