Mandatory notification of intra group transfer of shares by primary insider’s related party

Trygve Lauvdal, member of the VACCIBODY AS board, is an employee in RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS.

RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS has today bought 3,000,000 shares from its wholly owned subsidiary PORTIA AS at NOK 73.32 per share.

RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS has today bought 750,000 shares from its wholly owned subsidiary CRESSIDA AS at NOK 73.32 per share.

After the above transactions RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS holds 27,957,500 shares, PORTIA AS holds 4,500,000 shares and CRESSIDA AS holds 1,350,000 shares in VACCIBODY AS.

The Rasmussen Group of companies holds an unchanged number of 33,807,500 shares in VACCIBODY AS after the above transactions.
