Registration of new share capital

Oslo, Norway, December 9, 2021 - Reference is made to the announcement on November 24, 2021, regarding a share capital increase related to the issuance of 2,255,034 new shares to Regeneron at a price of NOK 79.07 per share in connection with the multi-target license and collaboration agreement announced on November 23, 2021. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the company's new share capital is NOK 2,895,027.44, divided into 289,502,744 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.
