Share capital increase from exercise of warrants

As a consequence of exercise of 116,665 warrants in Nykode Therapeutics AS, the share capital of Nykode Therapeutics AS has increased by NOK 1,166.65 from NOK 2,895,027.44 to NOK 2,896,194.09. The number of outstanding shares in the company has increased by 116,665 from 289,502,744 to 289,619,409, each with a par value of NOK 0.01. The warrants were exercised by a former board member at a strike price of NOK 8.0 per share.
