Mandatory notification of exercise of warrants and sale of shares to primary insider’s related party

Primary insider Einar J. Greve, member of the board of Nykode Therapeutics AS, has today exercised 150,000 warrants with expiry date of March 31, 2022. The shares have been sold to Cipriano AS, which is 100% owned by Einar J. Greve.
