Further, Nykode has received notices of termination from Michael Engsig, Chief Executive Officer, Agnete Fredriksen, Chief Scientific Officer & Co-founder and Harald Gurvin, Chief Financial Officer. They will continue to support the company until further notice.
The Board will as soon as possible call for an Extraordinary General Meeting to elect a new Board.
