SCWF is the legal owner of the 16,387,015 shares held (5.018% of total voting rights and 5.018% of total share capital) as of 10 October 2025. SCWF has granted proxy voting authority to Capital Research and Management Company ("CRMC"), its investment adviser. As noted in the letter, CGC is the parent company of CRMC.
