Kristin Åbyholm is a member of the Board and primary insider in Ocean Sun AS (the "Company") and represents Kvantia AS. Kvantia AS has 10th of October 2022 bought 657,073 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 9.0761 per share.
Following this transaction Kvantia AS holds 8,126,888 shares in Ocean Sun AS. In addition Kristin Åbyholm holds 12,000 shares and Caaby AS, a related party to Kristin Åbyholm, holds 585,700 shares in the Company (of which 50,000 shares are lent out).
