Kristian Tørvold, CEO and primary insider in Ocean Sun AS (the “Company”) has 25 September 2024 bought 50,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 1.94 per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Tørvold holds 252,900 shares in Ocean Sun AS, of which 201,900 are owned through Green Tundra AS, a company 100% owned by Mr. Tørvold.
