Warrants transfer

01/04/2010, Oceanteam ASA has been informed that the
personal holdings of the Halbesma family, warrant
holders in Oceanteam ASA, namely Oceanteam Holding
B.V. and ToHa Invest B.V. have transferred all their
warrants in Oceanteam ASA to privately held share
accounts. This transfer has been done for
restructuring purposes, there has been no change in
control and ultimate ownership.

A number of 111.096.338 warrants have been
transferred from Oceanteam Holding BV and Toha Invest
BV as follows:

· Oceanteam Holding BV a number of 72.700.248 so
called 'good warrants'

· Toha Invest BV a number of 6.492.768 so
called 'good warrants'

· TOTAL number 79.193.016 of so called 'good
warrants' / of a total issued number of warrants to
our info 148.986.069

· Oceanteam Holding BV a number of 29.287.678 so
called 'bad warrants'

· Toha Invest BV a number of 2.615.644 so called 'bad
warrants'

· TOTAL number 31.903.322 of so called 'bad
warrants' / of a total issued number of warrants to
our info 295.996.673

TOTAL number of warrants transferred 111.096.338.

Hessel Halbesma did not own any warrants before this
transaction.

After this transaction both Oceanteam Holding BV and
Toha Invest BV do not own any warrants anymore.
