Mandatory notification of trade / Disclosure of large shareholdings

Fisher Shipping AS, a subsidiary of North Sea
Shipping Holding AS, and North Sea Shipping Holding
AS have today exercised in total 2,404,725 warrants
type I in Oceanteam shipping. Fisher Shipping AS and
North Sea Shipping Holding AS also hold in total
673,144 shares in Oceanteam Shipping, and will after
exercise of warrants own 3,077,869 shares in
Oceanteam, equal to 20.4% of the current number of
shares outstanding, but 10.3% if all warrants type I
are exercised.
