OCEANTEAM SHIPPING ASA - CHANGE IN FINANCIAL CALENDAR : NEW DATE FOR Q1 PRESENTATION AND AGM

Oceanteam Shipping ASA has decided to move the Q1 presentation one day, from the
28th of May to the 27th of May 2015. The invitation to the investor presentation
will go out one week in advance.

The Annual General Meeting will subsequently be moved from the 29(th) of May to
the 28(th) of May 2015.

New dates:
First Quarter Presentation: 27(th) of May 2015
Annual General Meeting: 28(th) of May 2015
