Disclosure of substantial shareholding in Oceanteam ASA

On 22 May 2018, Mr. Hendrik Marius van Heijst obtained 152,019,961 shares in Oceanteam ASA, thereby crossing the 5% disclosure threshold. The shares were obtained as a result of the debt-to-equity conversion (the "Conversion") as defined in the Notice of a Written Bondholders resolution dated 23 April 2018 and published on Oceanteam ASA's website under the following link: http://www.oceanteam.nl/downloads/files/NO0010662018_SB_20180423.pdf.

Following the conversion Mr. Van Heijst holds an aggregate of 21,7 % of the total number of shares and votes outstanding of Oceanteam ASA.
