Weng Fine Art AG with its registered office in Krefeld, Germany, informed
us on November 15, 2013 that its share of the voting rights in artnet AG
exceeded the threshold of 3% on November 14, 2013 and on this date amounts
to 4.53% (255,000 voting rights of the total of 5,631,067 voting rights in
artnet AG).

Mr. Rüdiger K. Weng, Germany, informed us on November 15, 2013 that his
share of the voting rights in artnet AG exceeded the thresholds of 3% on
November 14, 2013 and on this date amounts to 4.53% (255,000 voting rights
of the total of 5,631,067 voting rights in artnet AG). The entire voting
rights are attributable to Mr. Rüdiger K. Weng pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG via Weng Fine Art AG.
