Odfjell Chemical Tankers acquires Odfjell SE shares

Odfjell Chemical Tankers AS, a 100% owned subsidiary of Odfjell SE,has today
acquired 500,000 Odfjell SE A-shares at the price of NOK 39,99.

After this purchase Odfjell Chemical Tankers has a total of 500,000 A-shares in
Odfjell SE.

Odfjell SE owns 5 391 166 A-shares and 2 322 482 B-shares comprising 8,21% of
the votes and 8,89% of the capital of the Company.
