OKEA CFO, Birte Norheim has today purchased 7 000 shares in OKEA at an average price of NOK 14.00 through her wholly owned company, Bino Consult AS. The shares have been purchased in connection with OKEA’s approved annual incentive scheme. Following this transaction, Bino Consult AS holds a total of 65 600 shares in OKEA.
