OKEA CFO, Birte Norheim has today purchased 7 250 shares in OKEA at an average price of NOK 14.50 through her wholly owned company, Bino Consult AS. The shares have been purchased in connection with OKEA’s approved annual incentive scheme. Following this transaction, Bino Consult AS holds a total of 72 850 shares in OKEA.
