Highlights in Q3 2025:
The Group had a satisfactory development in the third quarter, with profit before income tax amounting to NOK 486 million.
The Group’s rental income amounted to NOK 992 million.
Fair value adjustments of investment properties amounted to NOK-127 million, and fair value adjustments of interest rate derivatives totalled NOK 51 million.
Profit before tax, fair value adjustments and currency result amounted to NOK 559.
The Group’s financial position is solid. By the end of the quarter the Group’s equity ratio was 51%, while the liquidity reserve amounted to NOK 9.387 million.
Retail sales in the shopping center portfolio in the third quarter were NOK 15.392 million, an increase of 4 % compared to the same quarter last year.
In the third quarter, Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap reached an agreement to acquire the remaining 40% ownership interest in Sartor Storsenter,located in Øygarden Municipality. Following the completion of the transaction, the company will hold full ownership of the shopping centre.
