Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

On 22 December, in connection with Orkla`s former management option programme,
25,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 38.88 per
share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under
the management option programme is now 7,198,000. Orkla owns 2,833,106 treasury
shares.
