Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 30 December 2016, in connection with Orkla's former management option
programme, 40,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of
NOK 40.03 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under
the management option programme is 955,000. Orkla owns 1,213,135 treasury
shares.
