Nian AS, a related party to Nils Selte, Member of the Board of Orkla, has on 11
February 2021 bought 20,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 80.77 per
share.The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this
transaction, Selte and related parties own 47,000 shares in Orkla.
