Reference is made to the statement dated August 30th, 2010. The payment
has been determined based on a selling price of 23.5259 per share.
Charles McCathieNevile purchased 190 shares at a price of 23.5259.
Stig Halvorsen purchased 600 shares at a price of 23.5259.
Jason Hoida purchased 590 shares at a price of 23.5259.
After this, Charles McCathieNevile holds 7 527 unexercised options in
the Company, corresponding to 7 527 shares at the strike price of NOK
12.00 and 5 200 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 5
200 shares at the strike price of NOK 16.60. After completion of the
abovementioned transactions, the primary insider holds 3 427 shares in
the Company.
After this, Stig Halvorsen holds 10 045 unexercised options in the
Company, corresponding to 10 045 shares at the strike price of NOK 12.00
and 8 000 unexercised options in the Company corresponding to 8 000
shares at the strike price of NOK 16.60. After completion of the
