shares in Opera Software ASA at an average price of
NOK 25.24 per share. Mozart Invest AS is wholly owned
by CEO Jon S. von Tetzchner.

Following the sale, von Tetzchner owns 14,999,742
shares in Opera Software ASA through Mozart Invest AS
and holds 1,000,000 options.
