Notification of trade

On 10th of December 2010, Opera Software ASA bought
312.000 shares in Opera Software ASA as part of the
share buyback program. The shares have been acquired
on Oslo Børs at an average price of 27.737 kr. The
company owns after this 526.319 shares in Opera
Software ASA. This brings the total number of shares
bought back under the buy back program to 689.000
shares.
