Opera signs agreement with Sharp Corporation

Oslo, Norway - August 3, 2010 - Opera Software today announced that it
has signed an agreement with Sharp Corporation, a Japanese
multinational corporation that designs and manufactures electronic
products. Under the terms of the agreement, Opera will deliver the Opera
Devices SDK (Software Development Kit) to Sharp.

The agreement between Opera Software and the customer includes license,
maintenance and development fees.
