Opera signs agreement with TCL

Oslo, Norway - September 27, 2010 - Opera Software today announced that
it has signed an agreement with TCL Communication Technology Holdings
Ltd., a world leading mobile manufacturer offering a line of mobile
solutions for end users and market operators.

Under the terms of the agreement, Opera will deliver Opera Mini to
multiple platforms, including pre-installed on mobile phones from TCL
Communication.

The agreement between Opera Software and the customer includes license,
maintenance and development fees.
