Share buyback

On 30th December 2016, Opera Software ASA purchased
33.843 of its own shares according to its share
buyback program. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 37,1215 per share.

Following this transaction, Opera Software ASA owns
1.763.762 of its own shares.
