As a consequence of the completion of the consumer sale as announced on 4
November 2016, several of the employee elected representatives and deputy
representatives to the board of directors of Opera Software ASA have terminated
their employment relation with the Opera group. Consequently, these employees
have automatically also terminated their position as representatives or deputy
representatives in the Opera Software ASA board. As a result, the remaining
employee representatives on the Opera Software ASA board are currently Rebecca
Mauzy and Falguni Bhuta.
