Anooj Unarket,Board member of Otello Corporation ASA, has as of 20th March 2020 purchased, on behalf of certain related parties, 999,719 shares in Otello Corporation ASA (317,501 at a price of NOK 8.76 per share, 682,218 at a price of NOK 9.00 per share).

The Balance of Anooj Unarket and related parities´holdings after the transaction totals 35,180,053 shares.
