The Company has received a request from Sand Grove to convene an extraordinary
general meeting in order to consider the position as chairperson of the
Nomination Committee. Please see the attached letter from Sand Grove. Further
items to the agenda may be added by the board of directors. In accordance with
its statutory obligations, the board of directors will call for a general
meeting to be held within one month.
